A refreshing mix of cherry juice and riesling wine (the alcohol has been mainly cooked off).  It can be served with cheese and crackers, on toast, over ice cream, or as a glaze on pork.
 
Ingredients: Tart cherry juice, sugar, pectin, and <0.5% riesling wine
